John considers himself to be a passionate community servant with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals in identifying their potential to continue and share this passion to serve others. With this ongoing quest to give, he has been working to promote significant, positive change in his community and individuals through advocacy, empowered by compassion. He takes pride in engaging in a civically based approaches to community building. He is committed to a life-long service based on personal and professional experiences. His focus is on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. He believes in putting the needs of others first and helping people develop and perform as highly as possible.

Titania Bailey
President
As the president of Arch of Knowledge, Inc., Titania is responsible for the operational management of the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a certification in Diversity Awareness from the University of Maryland University College. As a Human Resources professional, Titania helps people daily in a variety of ways. She provides employees with resources, resolves conflicts, and helps develop training programs that enable employees to meet their personal and professional goals. Titania consistently advocates for employees’ ethical treatment and advancement. Through her volunteer work, Titania has helped several individuals and families of different cultural backgrounds and generations. Titania Bailey believes that we are blessed to be a blessing, and as such, you should do something each day that adds value to someone else’s life. This philosophy has directed her path in working with people and showing them the need to connect with others to pay it forward.

Tracey Hill
Secretary
Tracey Hill is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in optimizing business operations and driving success. With a background spanning the Federal Reserve, Lockheed-Martin, the American Red Cross, and Jones Lang LaSalle, Tracey brings a wealth of expertise in organizational efficiency and strategic leadership. Her entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience in establishing travel agencies and cruise franchises further enhance her ability to navigate complex challenges. Tracey currently manages over 800,000 sq. ft. of Class A commercial property in the DFW region as a commercial property manager. Tracey is a catalyst for organizational excellence and growth.

Shameka Mackall
Treasurer
Shameka comes to AoK with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics concentration, and over 15 years of payroll and accounting experience. She has also worked with local youth football organizations. As Team Administrator, she excelled at fundraising, pre-game preparation and organization. She was so successful in her role that a coach asked her to join his organization as the Administrative Coordinator. In that role, she was overseer of finances, registration, fundraising and administrative matters. Raised in the area, Shameka got her start working in the community as a teenager, while volunteering with Senator Gloria Lawlah’s political campaign. It was here that she learned the importance of serving, uplifting and giving back to the community and she is excited to continue just that with AoK.

Jacinta Bailey
Digital and Social Media Manager
As the manager of digital and social media, Jacinta’s primary objective is to conceptualize social media strategies geared towards increasing the organization’s reach both globally and within the local community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from North Carolina A&T State University. Jacinta specializes in cyber security, social media, and has made significant contributions for her employers which include the North Carolina Department of Revenue, International Paper, and Pepco Holdings, Inc. In her free time, Jacinta educates others on financial literacy, as well as how to generate income by trading stocks in foreign exchange markets. Jacinta is most proud of being a member of the Arch of Knowledge because she is not only able to use her skills to contribute to a worthy cause, but she can see the results of her efforts when people in her community come together and thrive. Jacinta believes that no matter what situation you are in, selfless giving will lead to better living.

Frederick Gaskins
Donor Experience Officer
Minister Frederick Gaskins has dedicated his life to serving communities in need since 2004. Through various outreach programs, he has provided millions of pounds of food and resources worldwide, with a focus on supporting children and the elderly. With over 1,000 hours of volunteer service, Frederick has been instrumental in organizing and managing programs such as Feed the Hungry, Share Food Network, and K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Bethel Stand For Life Outreach Ministries and heads the K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers Extended Agency Family of Community Relations. Frederick’s commitment to his community has earned him recognition and respect, both locally and within the organizations he serves.

Amber Cole
Volunteer – Digital & Social Media
Amber Cole is a Human Resources Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from George Mason University. Amber has a passion for people and works toward understanding their circumstances and advocating for them. One of Amber’s specialties in her career is coordinating staff morale events and managing one of the organization’s social media sites. Her creativity in graphic design and social media marketing are just some of the talents she is contributing to Arch of Knowledge, Inc.

Octavia Wright
Volunteer – Research and Marketing
Octavia knows the positive effects intergenerational relationships can have on younger and older individuals. As an employee in senior living communities, she’s seen first hand how these connections can strengthen emotional health as well as allow individuals to better understand their own behaviors. She recognizes that growing intergenerational friendships help offer unique perspectives and approaches to life. Octavia believes in the mission of Arch of Knowledge, Inc and brings her vast knowledge and skill set to our organization to support our vision of growing intergenerational communities and bridging the gap between our generations.
