Share your thoughts on age inclusion in the workplace!

One of the Epic Goals of Longevity Ready Maryland – the state’s multisector plan for aging to prepare for the growing older population – is to promote an age-inclusive workforce. By 2028, older workers will represent more than a quarter of our labor force, bringing much-needed experience, emotional intelligence, and generational diversity to our workplaces.

The Center for Workforce Inclusion (CWI) is a nonprofit organization that partners with employers, policymakers, and the public to build a strong and effective labor force where workers of all ages can achieve economic opportunity and security through employment.

CWI is asking for your input on the current state of age inclusion, sentiments toward intergenerational teams, and the experiences of workers as it relates to age.

Responses to this survey are completely confidential, and information gathered will be used solely for research purposes and will not be shared or used for sales or marketing activities.
